The Valley Express hotline 0800 587 1100 is open for bookings from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week.

Previous Valley Express passengers can book match tickets and coach travel via the ticket hotline on 0800 5871100 between 8am and 8pm seven days a week, but for security reasons all sales will be subject to restricted numbers and verification of information supplied. If you have not previously travelled with Valley Express and are not known to the club as a member, shareholder or season-ticket holder, we will not be able to accept your booking. Queries about restrictions unrelated to Valley Express should be made on 0800 587 1100. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by these special arrangements, which are necessary for a limited number of fixtures only and are put in place in the interests of maintaining crowd segregation as required by the local authority.

Your match tickets will be posted to you or, if it is too late to guarantee delivery before the matchday, held for you to pick up on the day at the tickets for collection window at the rear of the north stand, in Harvey Gardens.

Online ticket and travel orders will be acknowledged by email, but no paperwork will be sent out in the case of travel-only orders made to the hotline. If in doubt, please call the hotline again to confirm your order.

Match tickets and places at each pick-up are subject to availability, and will be withdrawn from sale when supplies are exhausted.

Unfortunately, this package is not on offer to supporters of the visiting team as the match tickets supplied are in home areas. We would also like to take this opportunity to remind all supporters that it is illegal to carry alcohol on a coach travelling to and from a professional football match.

Coaches for the return journey in each case will depart from the Woolwich Road immediately after the game. Details of the precise pick-up point in each case will be given on the outward journey.
