Lancashire side Rovers will visit Sparrows Lane on Saturday, August 21st, with the game kicking off at 11.30am.
The two sides last met back in December 2008, Charlton earning a 2-1 win in the third round of the FA Youth Cup thanks to goals by Sam Long and Jonjo Shelvey.
After the clash with Rovers, Charlton head to Wales for a meeting with Cardiff City on Saturday, August 28th, before playing host to Tottenham Hotspur in SE9 a week later.
The Eagles of Crystal Palace await for an away trip on Saturday, October 2nd, with the rematch at Sparrows Lane taking place on Saturday, February 26th, 2011.
Two weeks after the first meeting with Palace, Charlton take on the mighty Arsenal at London Colney - the venue of a 6-0 loss for the Addicks last term.
A home derby with West Ham United awaits on Saturday, October 30th, before a trip to Fulham seven days later.
Damian Matthew's side travels to Chelsea on Saturday, December 4th, and then hosts the Gunners a week later, before taking a break over the Christmas period.
They kick off 2011 with an away trip to West Ham United on Saturday, January 8th, before dates against Fulham, Norwich City, Ipswich Town, Chelsea and Portsmouth.
The Addicks end the campaign against three sides from the Midlands in Coventry City, Leicester City and Aston Villa.
The scheme, which boasts more than 2,000 members, was originally set up to help fund the club's return to its home ground in the 1990s, but now donates all profits to the club's youth set-up.
