Cut-price viewing

Charlton fans can make sure of some quality viewing by taking advantage of a range of cut-price Addicks DVDs from as little as £1.

The 1998 First Division play-off final win over Sunderland DVD is £9.99

Showing 100 great Charlton strikes, 'Goal Rush' has been reduced to £9.99, as has 'Telly Addicks', which tells the story of three decades of televised games featuring Charlton.

Trips down Charlton memory lane don't come much better than the dramatic 1998 First Division play-off final win over Sunderland, and 'The Greatest Game' can be snapped up for £9.99, as can 'Championship Goals 2007-09'.

But that's not all, as fans can also take advantage of a buy one, get one half-price offer on those DVDs when ordering in person in the Valley Superstore or via the mail-order department (not online).

The 'Centenary History' and 'Pride and Premiership' DVDs are priced £7.50 and £5.99 respectively, while the '2005/06 Season Review' - Alan Curbishley's last campaign in charge of Charlton - has been reduced from £16.99 to £5.99.

On top of this, 'Raise the Roof' (the 2000/01 season review), 'Addicks go Fourth' and 'Hammer Horror' are now available for just £1.

The DVDs can be purchased from the Valley Superstore, online or by mail order on 020-8333 4035.

But fans should note that the buy one, get one half price offer is unfortunately unavailable online.

Elsewhere, a selection of the club's new Macron trainingwear, ranging from T-shirts and shirts to a new stylish underarmour shirt, is now available to purchase via the online Superstore or by phone.

Two T-shirts, a polo shirt, the underarmour and training shorts are available from the online Superstore or the mail-order department on 020-8333 4035.

And with the club having slashed its standard delivery charges to £4 (from last season's price of £6.50), the price of posting out merchandise is cheaper than ever.

The newest addition to the online catalogue is the red padded Macron Beta undershirt, which boasts actisystem technology - a resistant, protective and lightweight fabric designed for quick drying and exceptional comfort during athletic activity.

Adults and junior long-sleeved shirts are available, priced £32.99 and £29.99 respectively.

In addition to the adult Macron polo shirt (£22.50), there are white and red Macron training tops with red and black flashes on the shoulders.

The T-shirts are £18.99 adults and £15.99 juniors, and can be purchased in a range of sizes.

Finally, supporters can buy black Macron training shorts, which are priced £15.99 adults and £13.99 juniors.

The items join the new Macron red home shirt, which has already proved popular with fans and can be purchased online or by calling the mail-order department.

The adult shirt is priced £39.99 and is available in small, medium, large, XL, XXL and XXXL, while the junior shirt is £29.99 and can be purchased in small boys, medium boys, large boys and youth sizes.

Last week, the club announced it was increasing the weight limit for which the first tier of delivery charges apply, so it's now £4 for all deliveries up to 750g (rather than the previous £6.50 for deliveries up to 500g).

Fans can read the full list of new postal charges here, where further information about requesting first class recorded delivery or overseas orders is also available.

The new home shorts and socks will go on sale at a later date, along with the two pink and yellow goalkeeper jerseys, and the club will also finalise its plans to launch the new away kit around the end of the month.

  • Order the new shirt or trainingwear from the online Valley Superstore.
